Professor Tsai Ying Chieh (Taiwan)
Professor Tsai has a Phd degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Tokyo. He is currently a Professor at the Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of National Yang Ming University. He is also the Executive Director of Taiwan Association for Lactic Acid bacteria, as well as a technology consultant for many enterprises like Yakult, Yang Sen Biotechnology and Kei Sel Ken Biotech.
As the founder of Taiwan Association for Lactic Acid Bacteria, Professor Tsai had also been involved in the establishment of Asian Federation of Societies for Lactic Acid Bacteria. He has initiated and hosted campaigns promoting the awareness of Intestinal Healthcare. Currently, he is the ambassador for "Intestinal Care Campaign" and is highly sought after by the media for TV & Radio programmes.
